Written and recorded over the course of 15 odd years, Ruin Bloom is namely the pet project of composer/performer (and not the other way around) Joshua Santmier. The album features an international cast of collaborators, including Failure/Blinker the Star drummer Kellii Scott, Taiwan-based Italian expat Damiano Niccolini (sax, ewi), and New York/Arkansas-based duo Peeking Through The Noise.
